Holy, Unholy, and Magic
There are three types of magic in this game. There aren't systems to learn new ones yet, so the spells you get depend on your role. Vampire lords will get all vampire powers. Court Magicians will get all Magical spells. And the Priest will get all Divine spells. Each of these roles have downgraded variants, such as Vampire Servants, Mages, and Acolytes.
How to use Magic?
For most spells, it is quite simple, just click on what spell you wish to use on the bottom left of the screen, point towards your target, and hold middle mouse down until your cursor turns into the symbol. Once you release, you will shoot a projectile. Other spells are different, where you simply click on them, and a menu of available targets is show. For blessings, you will just have to hover your mouse over the target. On the holy team, if you gain enough devotion, you can unlock new spells.

Summon Familiar | 3 | Summons a spectral volf. They are hostile to all except the caster. |
Darkvision | 2 | Enhances the nightvision of the caster or target for one hour. |
Haste | 2 | Boosts the speed of the caster or target. |
Message | 2 | Sends a message in the form of an arcyne whisper to the target, no matter where they are. The target must be known to the caster. The target will not know who specifically sent the message. |
Blade Burst | 2 | After a short delay, summons an arcyne blade through the ground. If it hits, it wounds a target's legs, even through armor. |
Fetch | 2 | Shoots a bolt that brings a target towards the caster. Can also be used to make someone next to you spin. Weee! |
Nondetection | 1 | Prevents scrying orbs from being able to see the target for one hour. |
Prestidigitation | 1 | With an empty hand, allows the caster to perform some minor tricks. Conjuring a magelight, igniting light sources with a small spark, and cleaning. |
